Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Secure Packaging

Carefully place the jewellery in its original display box and protective outer packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
